I had never heard about “Fan Flows” until Chris Oatley sent me a link to Assetbar earlier this week and said, “Your fans will love this!” I played around with it a bit and I think he’s right.

Right now I’ve posted the pencil roughs for Friday’s page, some costume concepts for Bea in this issue, and an entry about the surprising information I found this week while researching Betsy Loring! I plan on posting advance sketches, in depth research that might be considered spoilerish, works-in-process to give you a better idea of how I work, and much more. I promise to make it worth your 99 cents!!

I forgot to post this. I’m so messed up right now I can’t keep dates straight, but I guess this is next Friday already and I haven’t even told you all about it yet.

TGT Webcomics invited me to be a guest on their podcast. What makes this especially cool is that they do it live, through TalkShoe. So you can not only listen live, you can also participate via the live chat! We did this probably a year and a half ago on Chris Oatley’s ArtCast, and it was an absolute blast.

In an email, Kurt Sasso, one of the hosts told me, “Our format is really laid back, we are just two readers of webcomics asking questions as readers would. We aren’t authors, artists or critics.”

Sounds like fun. :)

Hey, Everyone. Thank you for your prayers and thoughts for my father-in-law. He made it through the open heart surgery and is in recovery. It’s amazing what modern medicine is capable of, however, it hurts anyway you look at it to see someone you love have to suffer through all of that.

My video card started working today, so I was able to catch up on emails and some sites like DeviantART and Twitter incase you missed me. ;) I don’t know how long the screen will stay on. No new pages this week, but I’m going to try to get new pages up next Friday. It all depends on whether my video card keeps working and how soon we can get a new one. No one in Columbus seems to carry the one we need, not even the Apple Store.

Thanks for all of your patience! Hopeful things will be back to normal in the Dreamerverse soon!

Hi, Everyone! My video card is on the fritz and we have to take our computer in for repairs. This, in addition to the surgery this week, means I won’t be able to get any pages up this Friday. I don’t know how long my computer will be in for repairs.

I’m already backed up on emails, and this is going to make it worse. So please bear with me. If you’ve emailed me anytime in the last month, chances are I did get it, but unfortunately sometimes fan mails are the last ones to get answered after all the business stuff is taken care of. I apologize!!
