New Page #29!

Sir William he, snug as a flea, Lay all this time a-snoring, Nor dreamed of harm, as he lay warm, In bed with Mrs. Loring.
See you tomorrow for the start of Issue #16!
I’ll post my official post-con report for the last few weeks soon but for now VOTE see a few pictures from the convention in San Francisco.

DUH DUH DUHHHHH!!!!!!
And once again, if certainly not for the last time: NATHAN, NOOOOO!!!!! Oh this is going to be sooo hard…
And nice view in the VI!!!
Is that Ms Loring the strumpet I see??? And, as though it needs to be said: NATTHHAAAAN. *gross sobbing* Nothing about this is okay :(
By the way, great job with the colours this week! They’re gorgeous.
Yes! Worry more about the fire! Give Nathan time to think up a historically inaccurate daring escape set to the Raiders of the Lost Ark theme!
Also: Ooooo, Mrs. Loring. Giving Howe some Boom Chicka Bow Wow? Sweet….
God, I just want to squeeze the cheeks on that chubby litte wigged guy. He’s reminding me so much of Chunk from Goonies….
Love the VI pix!
“God, I just want to squeeze the cheeks on that chubby litte wigged guy.”
I was just going to comment about what a baby-face he is! :)
Clearly things would have gone much better for him if he had had a fedora, bullwhip, and killer background music. This is another instance where a TARDIS could be very useful.
Sweet looking page. The art is rock em’ sock ‘em. Are the two lobsters anyone? Welcome back, Darth Howe! And yay Mrs. Loring!!
btw, your epic poem was…wait for it…EPIC.
Lora didn’t make that :) I’ve seen it before; it was a rhyme either the Brits or the Americans made to poke fun at Howe.
Yup! And unfortunately, it was written in 1778 so I can’t use it in the comic. The “Battle of the Kegs” was an incident where the Americans launched floating mines in kegs to try to blow up British ships. Didn’t work as well as all of that but it did cause quite a stir.
There’s poems with Mrs. Loring? That’s just too awesome.
Gah! nononononononononononononononononononononononononononononononononoNO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Do not want!!! D:
Awesome page! :D Howe is such a……………………yeah. But the guy at the bottom…um am I the only one who thinks he’s totally, totally attractive..? <3
Agh…but Nathan…poor Nathan…..not going to end well…
He is but I am too loyal to Nathan to say so myself.
LOL! ^ :D
For one ridiculous moment, I thought Bea had waken up in a very wrong place…heh…
Too early in the morning I guess.
Another stunning page!
We’re not used to seeing any of the other characters in bed, are we?
Now that I think about it… no.
Except for sick Alan.
But with a woman… no. But hey, historical accuracy is a must!
Oh let’s not forget Nathan in bed! XD http://thedreamercomic.com/comic.php?id=80
I had not forgotten.
I cannot belive I forgot the most epic moment in Dreamer history! This scene led up to….. The next greatest moment in Dreamer history!!!!
http://thedreamercomic.com/comic.php?id=85
:D
Lora, how could I ever forget? Mmm mmm mmmmm
LOL Perhaps that contributed…but yeah I felt very silly…
LOL OMG SOOOO WRONG ON SO MANY LEVELS!
*ahem*
But one does have to wonder what kind of insanity Bea had to put up with, when she was stuck with Howe and Loring. :P
The beauty of amnesia
Yes, I agree, I had curled lips and everything, until I realized that it WASN’T our fair damsel…whew!
And that I think was another point that had power of suggestion here – that she had been his “guest” at one point.
Wow! What a page!
He he he. Howe had his beauty sleep ruined. Take that!
Now to find a way for Nathan to escape…
I know! Perform martial arts! Yapow!
Hold on guys! This could be a fiery night!
I hope that answers the burning question of escape.
If not, then I hope we can light upon another one.
*groans loudly at the puns* XD
Here is some epic music to go with this! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=opY9R4aslZY Hunchback of Notre Dame- Paris burning.
Gods the music in that movie….*swoon*
lol I had a dream once where he was pulling out the martial arts moves…
I found this article online and couldn’t help but think of Bea Whaley. The article is about haunted houses around the country, and apparently one of them was owned by a Thomas Whaley in San Diego, CA:
http://homes.yahoo.com/news/ten-of-america-s-most-haunted-houses.html?page=5
I saw that today too and laughed. Bea’s dad is actually named Thomas Whaley, lol!!
Look out for spooks, Bea!
For all we know, Bea could be a spook herself by now. The one from the 18th century, that is.
That would be weird. To be haunted by the ghost of another version of yourself.
Aww, you just spoiled the plot of the Dreamer Halloween special. ;)
Speaking of Dreamer Halloween, Lora – this is the month you should be reading that notorious appendix in Sam’s book (if you haven’t already).
I DO believe in spooks, I DO believe in spooks, I do I do I do I do….
I just caught up with your comic (I personally like to read it an issue at a time), and can I say each page is getting more awesome and intense than the last! I love this comic and I hope it’s brought you great joy in your life! :)
Aww, thanks, Donna! And it has. :)
