New Page 16! The girls seem to have resolved their issues just fine.
In case you missed the news, I’m going to be co-hosting a brand new podcast beginning next month with Disney artist Chris Oatley! It’s called Paper Wings, and we’ll be discussing all aspects of visual storytelling. He brings an animator’s perspective and insight into the movie and film industry, and I bring experience in comics–both print and web. The show will post new episodes twice a month–each a 30 minute segment, one episode focusing on art, the other on story. This is the perfect venue for me to answer all the questions that you guys ask me and I don’t often have time to answer in depth–questions about making comics, breaking in, getting published, art technique, going to art school, etc. I’ll post more information as we get closer, but get ready for that! (You can read all about it in the previous blog post.)

i appreciate liz being worried about bea. the situation has gotten a bit out of control. ben is the REAL guy – she can’t dump him, though her feelings are understandable.
Ha, I loved panel 4! I have a soft spot for Liz so it’s good to see her happy. That being said, I also loved panel 2. So much is said, without a single word being spoke. lol Waitasecond….when did John become so charming? I can’t think of a single snarky thing to say about him. Hmph.

I feel so bad for Bea. I also feel like I say that just about every week, but it must be hard seeing other people happy around her with something she can’t really get her hands on. I can’t imagine how painful this kind of situation could be for her. I feel like there’s something else I want to say about all this, but ah, it’s all just so sad. Looking forward to next week, as usual. :)
